0.3mm high speed steel, hand made saw teeth with ebony handle. Each tooth on the saw is gnawed by hand, the choice is coarse teeth and not too sharp so that sawing of fragrantwood can feel more fluid, fine teeth clog easily with resin, and teeth that are too sharp will catch the wood grain too hard making it difficult to saw. As this saw is entirely handmade, from blade down to the ebony handle, there may be tooling marks or not so perfect polishing, but still very functional.
