Here, the most revered teas are scented up to nine times with fresh blossoms — a ritual of patience and fragrance. From these same gardens, we identified a jasmine profile once treasured by the courts of Chinese emperors and literati, who were known to consume jasmine tea in extraordinary quantities, drawn to its calming brilliance.

But the jasmine we sought was more than tradition — it was a vision. In our rarefaction process, we strip away the sap-laden greenness, the bitter stems, the indolic shadows. We intercept the blossoms at their zenith — fully open, glowing with fragrance — collected quietly from the hands of tea makers in the middle of the night. No immature buds, no cloying weight. With precise temperature control and a proprietary fractional condenser, we isolate the topmost, most radiant fractions — distilling three quarters into an expression of jasmine that is sweet, opulent, and cool.
