A hush of ancient groves unfolds as this incense breathes into life: the deep verdancy of old cypress leaves 古柏叶 intertwined with the cool, clean camphor of eucalyptus 桉叶, painting the air in mountain greens. Beneath this woodland canopy, drops of benzoin smoulder, releasing a warm, resinous sweetness — an echo of temple embers at dusk. Delicate plum leaves, with their faintly bitter chill, merge into this quietude, joined by orange peel’s fleeting zest that flickers like lantern light through fog. Then comes the gentle sanctity of 佛花 (Buddha’s flower), adding a pristine, almost ethereal hush, a floral whisper to the drifting smoke.
